These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Electroglow Ltd website and services.
 

1. About Us

Electroglow Ltd is a fully NICEIC registered Approved Electrical Contractor serving the Pharmaceutical, Food, Beverage, and Manufacturing industries across the UK.
 

2. Services

All electrical services are carried out by qualified professionals in accordance with UK building regulations and industry standards. We issue certificates for all regulated work.
 

3. Quotations & Payments

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• Payments are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
   

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
   

5. Liability

Electroglow Ltd is fully insured. However, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Damage caused by misuse of the system after completion

• Third-party delays or equipment failure beyond our control
   

6. Warranties

We offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee on all completed installations, unless stated otherwise.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and branding are the property of Electroglow Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.
 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
